Dee Doocey said:- "I am thrilled to be given this opportunity to help develop new and exciting ways of helping to revitalise, rejuvenate and reinvigorate this great capital city. I want to make sure that this committee looks at improving the quality of life for the whole of London and make sure that it places an equal focus on outer London issues as much as inner London.

"This committee will provide people in the South West of London with an excellent chance to put many of the Mayors' policies under the microscope and examine what benefit or problems his plans pose for our Boroughs."
